What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to enter into the contact form: your name, company, email address, and optionally a phone number, website, and the message you write. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Why we collect it

To reply to your inquiry and, if we go on to work together, to administer that relationship. That is the whole purpose.

Where it goes

Contact form submissions are stored in our own client management system, hosted on managed database infrastructure in the United States. Access is limited to Fedro Consulting personnel. This site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers record standard technical request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) as part of delivering the site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are retained for as long as they remain commercially relevant, and client records for as long as required for legal, tax, and contractual purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form for this and no waiting period we impose — just ask.

Confidentiality

Client information disclosed during an engagement is treated as confidential and is not published, including in the anonymized accounts on our Work page, without agreement.
