Brady Fedro
Founder & Principal
Brady Fedro runs revenue and systems at Circle D Specialties, a Houston builder of high-performance torque converters for the LS, Coyote, HEMI, diesel and drag-racing markets. That means the dealer program and the direct storefront, the Fishbowl ERP behind them, the integrations in between, and the AI agents that work the order, service and shipping queues every day.
He didn’t buy that stack — he built it. A live operations console that pulls ERP, storefront, phones, email, payments and shipping onto one screen. A service desk that retired Zendesk and runs returns and rebuilds through a 23-status pipeline. Agents that catch stuck orders, issue and fulfill service work, and file the morning report without being asked. It runs a real manufacturer’s day, at a company you can look up.
Fedro Consulting works at that level: the part, the transmission, the dealer, the order — and the software that has to agree about all four.
Packaging is part of the work too. Brady came up in packaging before the aftermarket, and Fedro Consulting still designs and produces it — boxes, inserts, protective packaging and promotional products for brands that ship real product.
